What a wide-track conversion involves

A professionally fitted wide-track package combines extended arches with correctly chosen wheels and tyres, creating a cohesive, factory-style finish rather than a single bolt-on accessory.

Obsidian

Obsidian Autoworks packages are the most common on our stock. Their OCTA-inspired Widetrak treatment can include:

OCTA-style Widetrak wheel arches
22-inch wheels with all-terrain tyres
Roof-mounted LED pods and lower daytime running lights
Rear spoiler, side vents and bonnet louvres
Front valance and lower canards
Rigid spare-wheel cover and mud flaps
A gloss-black exterior pack in place of the standard silver details
Side steps and Obsidian branding

Each element is selected to complement the Defender’s shape and give the completed vehicle a consistent finish.

Castle Motors is an approved Obsidian stockist and has worked closely with the brand for close to five years. That relationship is why completed vehicles are available from stock rather than only as forward orders.

Buzz SV

Wheels

Wheel choice is central to the finished look. Many of our wide-track Defenders use 22-inch alloys with all-terrain tyres, specified to fill the arches and complement the conversion. Ask us for the exact wheel and tyre details on the vehicle you are considering.
